Pool Services

Complete pool care, handled with precision

Pool Opening Service:

- Remove winter cover and store at service location (if applicable)

- Install handrails and ladders (if applicable)
- Adjust the water to the correct level
- Prepare all pool equipment and start for season usage

- Balance and shock water and return water to swimmable condition.
- Remove debris (leaves, pine needles, etc.) from the pool
- Brush and vacuum the pool

Pool Maintenance Service:

Pool Closing Service:

- Testing and balancing the pool’s water chemistry weekly using the Langelier Saturation Index
- Adding chemicals to the pool as needed to maintain water balance and a safe sanitizer level.
- Vacuum pool bottom, brush pool walls, and pool steps
- Empty pump and skimmer baskets
- Monitor filter pressure and backwash sand filter, D.E. filter, or clean cartridge filter (as equipped) as needed
- Keeping a detailed record of readings of the pool in our database
- Sending Customer weekly proof of service photos and chemical readings
- Making recommendations if the pool needs partial or complete draining and cleaning, and when filter media needs to be replaced
- Inspect all equipment for proper operation and contacting Customer if the pool and/or equipment needs repairs

- Balance and treat water for winterization
- Adjust water level according to winter cover type
- Blow out all return lines, skimmer lines, and main drain (if equipped)
- Remove return jets and install winterizing plugs

- Add antifreeze to skimmer and install “Gizmo” (ice compensator plug)
- Remove drain plugs from pump(s), heater and filter
- Install winter cover (if applicable)
